About Rhonda

Rhonda’s counseling philosophy stems from life-long learning and experiences which illustrate that we are all valuable, all have a purpose, and all have challenges to overcome. Her client-centered whole-person approach begins with building trust and providing acceptance, patience, and support. Some of the issues Rhonda works with are depression, anxiety, behavioral problems, adverse childhood experiences, and trauma. Rhonda is EMDRIA approved EMDR trained. EMDR is a therapy that has shown to be effective with reducing the symptoms of PTSD. Reluctant clients and at-risk young people are especially close to Rhonda’s heart. She is also a nature-loving, dog-adoring, music fan who is always ready for the unexpected. Rhonda provides counseling to empower clients to confront the obstacles found on life’s path. Let’s take this journey together.
