My name is Sarah Wellborn and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I love working with individuals who have been through hard times and helping them get through the difficult memories. I am EMDR trained, which has been effective in treating all ranges of trauma. I specialize in working with victims of crime, sexual assault, and domestic violence. I also specialize in trauma associated with workplaces, health issues, and postpartum. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solutions-focused therapy, and client-centered therapy have helped my clients grow and thrive.
