Financial Assistance for Mental Health Services

For individuals or families experiencing financial hardship, there are several financial assistance options available to help you begin your mental health support journey without stress.

Cash Pay by Provider Level

Regardless of your circumstances, you can choose to be a cash pay client with any one of our mental health professionals for their standard rates (dependent on provider and appointment availability):

$50/Initial Visit + $35/Follow Up Visit for Masters-Level SW, MFT, PC Graduate Intern
$100/Initial Visit + $85/Follow Up Visit for Midlevel Providers (LMFT-A, LMSW, LPC-A)
$150/Initial Visit + $135/Follow Up Visit for LCSW, LMFT, and LPC Clinical Therapists

As a Cash Pay client, there are no requirements to take advantage of these plans.  If interested, simply select the service-level provider you are interested in seeing when you complete your New Client Form.
This program may be a good choice for those who are not interested in completing the Financial Assistance Plan, those worried about being able to qualify or others who may not have mental health coverage.

Cash Pay by Provider Level

Our Reduced Fee Services, which many refer to as "Sliding Scale Services,” allow individuals to receive mental health services adjusted to their income based on the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Individuals who are interested can either complete the PDF version of the form below OR complete our Financial Assistance Plan ONLINE after completing the New Client Forms.

You must provide proof of income in addition to the New Client Form before any adjustment in fees can be approved.
Discount eligibility is based on income and family size. Assets, insurance status, participation in the Health Insurance Marketplace, citizenship or population type are NOT considered for discount eligibility.
Reduction in fees are from our cash pay rates is based on the Federal Poverty Guidelines and Provider + Appointment availability.
• We are able to offer these discounts through an increased network of in-house providers, including Masters-Level Practicum Students; mid-level providers of LMFT-Associates, LMSWs in Clinical Supervision, LPC-Associates; and our Fully Licensed LCSW, LMFT, and LPC Therapists.

Any reduction in fees would mean that we could NOT utilize your insurance as it would be on a cash-pay basis only.  When utilizing health insurance for your services, we are obligated to charge the full amount of your copay or deductible per our contract with your insurance company.

Transform your teeth in just 5 easy steps with our professional whitening procedure

Consultation to assess the condition of your teeth and gums. During the consultation, we'll explain how our whitening process works, including the three layers of your teeth and how we focus on whitening the outermost layer, the enamel.
Prepare for the whitening treatment by inserting a cheek retractor, applying a gum protector, and applying a low level of peroxide. We change the peroxide three times, with each set lasting 25 minutes. To activate the peroxide, we use the highest grade cool blue LED technology. Throughout the process, we regularly check on our clients to ensure their comfort and safety.
Remove the cheek retractor and peroxide. The client can then rinse their mouth at the sink to complete the service.
Complete the whitening process, take after photos to document the results and compare them with the before photos. Show the comparison to the client and discuss any remaining concerns or questions. Provide instructions for aftercare, including any necessary maintenance or follow-up treatments.
Review your current oral care routine and assess the products being used. We also will provide you with guidance on how to support the remineralisation process through dietary changes and the use of reminesalizing products in order to improve your overall teeth and health.
