I maintain and cultivate the organic strategic plan to encourage innovation and sustainability within the organization to produce a high-quality, impactful experience.
• Fiscal Leadership and Lead Fundraising Efforts: Oversee a balanced budget, develop specialized campaigns to support the current day-to-day operations, develop implementation of the planned giving program; develop and implement fundraising plans which meet current and future needs taking the campaigns to new levels of engagement with members, volunteers and donors.
