Roderick has his Doctorate of Psychology with an emphasis in Grief and Crisis Counseling, Master of Arts in Christian Counseling, and Bachelor of Theologian Marriage & Family Counseling. Roderick worked for 6 years at the American Red Cross in Emergency Services. In addition, he worked over a year at Mission Granbury as the Program Director /Resource Center Case Manager. He then transitioned to work with foster families as a Caseworker Supervisor at CASA of Tarrant County for 4 years before transitioning in 2018 to work in Funeral Home Services. He currently serves as the CEO at the Arlington Memorial Funeral Home doing budgeting, community outreach, HR, ensuring standards of care are met, fundraising, marketing, etc. Roderick found ACFS and is passionate about investing in agencies that are doing work to help vulnerable populations in the community.
