About Sharlene

Sharlene has been working in Behavioral Health in some capacity for nearly 20 years and holds a Master Degree in Forensic Psychology. Currently, she is employed full time by Arlington Police Department as a Crisis Intervention Specialist working in the Behavioral Health Unit, operating under HEART (Homeless Engagement and Resource Team).  Her passions include serving the community, advocacy and community engagement, problem solving and program development. She loves her family,, the outdoors, traveling, interior decorating and hopes one day to master the use of her Circuit!
